Forensic Science

FreeDigitalPhotos.net

The use of forensic science may not have prevented some of our countryâ??s most horrific crimes from taking place, but it has stopped more of those crimes happening by proving guilt where needed.

Forensic science is also a useful tool in proving innocence, where previously miscarriages of justice, would have robbed someone of their liberty for many years. Never before have we been able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the guilt of a person as we can today.

Never too late to Find Proof

One famous case in the UK is that of the Lynette White murder. Three men, who became known as the â??Cardiff Threeâ??, were part of a group of five men who were initially known as the â??Cardiff Fiveâ?? all arrested for the murder of a twenty-year-old Lynette White. Only three of the suspects were eventually trialled for the horrific murder, but what was very disturbing at the time was the way the investigation was conducted by police. In 1988 and after a poor investigation, three men were imprisoned each receiving life sentences. Twenty years or so later, there was enough doubt placed on the convictions to have the case re-opened and in 2002 there was another (the third) murder trial. New forensic science known as the Second Generation Multiplex Plus (SGM+) test proved that blood at the scene, which was known to belong to the killer did not belong to those originally convicted.

Finding the Killer

The SGM+ test enabled the use of familial searching which would allow the matching of similar DNA to someone on the DNA database who is already known to the police. In the case of the Lynette White murder investigation, the database search threw up an impossible result. The match was that of a 14 year-old boy who was not born at the time of the murder. When further checks were done, the partial match of the young boy, led to a complete match for his uncle, which led to his arrest and conviction. The arrest took place in 2003 of Jeffery Gafoor who plead guilty to Lynette Whiteâ??s murder and for which he received a life sentence.

Wasted Years

In the case of the â??Cardiff Threeâ??, three innocent men spent a large portion of their adult lives imprisoned. One of the men, Yusef Abdullahi, died in 2011 from a perforated ulcer before he reached the age of fifty. Much of his life had been spent suffering because the use of forensic evidence was not sufficient to prove his innocence at the time. The subsequent perjury cases that disproved the evidence against him came too late.

Forensic science is now an essential part of many investigations and it is vitally important to be used when proving innocence as much as guilt. Visit www.forensicequity.com for further information.

There is nothing better than telling a compelling, interesting story.

Getting people involved, interacting as you weave a picture…it is a part of every culture that will always hold relevance. Even in the digital age, when the means of sharing those same stories has changed, as well as how they are crafted in the first place.

Creating an interactive story is easy when you factor in multimedia and social networking. There are several tools out there that can help you do it, as well. Whether it is for personal or professional use, here are five programs that can help you tell your story to the world.

1. Pinnacle

Pinnacle

One of the most popular program developers on the web, Pinnacle has been making staples for the industry for years. They have several products in different categories, like video editing, music creation, video transfer and capture and more. Most of their programs offer various multimedia options for you to build something more interactive. It costs a decent chunk of change, but if you need something professional it is a good option.

2. Magisto Magical Video Editor

Magisto Magical Video Editor

If you have an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, this is a fun and free video editor. It lets you string together multiple videos and photos to create a larger clip. You can then share it on your social media profiles for others to see. It is extremely basic, but works well. Especially if you just want something simple that you can have on hand while you are out and about. I have seen several people use this one to capture special events like festivals and even protests.

3. Camtasia Studio

Camtasia Studio

Sometimes the story you want to tell is more instructive. This is a video editing and screen capture softwhere that lets you create interactive videos for any use. I have found it is great for educational videos meant to show the user how to do things step by step. A number of graphic designers I know recommend it for making tutorials, especially. The program is pretty expensive, but there is a free trial you can use.

4. Qwiki

Qwiki

Truly multimedia intensive, this is a great little program that lets you put together interactive clips. You can add in video, audio, pictures, infographics and voice overs for a more complete experience. It creates a channel for all of your videos, which can be linked or embedded for easy use. Many professional uses have been found for this site, with companies building their own Qwiki channels. News stations have especially enjoyed it.

5. Meograph

Meograph

This is a really interesting site. It works by adding a geolocator to your stories, using Google Earth. It is another one that has been utilized a lot by news sites, as they can show a visual of where on the globe the event took place. But it can be used for educational purposes, or even to show the location of something like a concert or historical event, as well. It is still in beta, but worth trying.

Do you have any cool programs that allow you to make multimedia stories that are more interactive than the average video? Tell us in the comments!

People often worry about losing their photographs and data. Naturally some people choose to back up their data so it is safe from being lost. A photograph after all is a way to back up your memories in case you forget; but a photo itself isnâ??t the only way to back up a memory.

Sometimes you hear something that has an impact on you, or you come up with a new idea. Although these thoughts may be important to you, they often get forgotten. The scariest thing I ever realized was that there are unknown unknowns. You donâ??t know the things that you donâ??t know! So for me it was a very scary to think there are things that I forgot, but I can never know I forgot them in the first place!

I think that thought itself is what has fueled me to be a pack rat; causing me to save the smallest pieces of paper with writing on them, to useless binders of previous classes. Eventually this became a problem for me.

Logically there was no reason to keep all that crap behind, but some of it was really important. It was also very risky leaving around all these weird scrapes of paper; most of them had no explanations, and if anyone picked them up they might get the wrong impressions!

For example:

â??I donated the jar of mayo to charity, and your mom wrote me a letter saying thanks.â?

I could explain something like this to anyone, but what if someone saw a similar note and didnâ??t tell me. They might think Iâ??m nuts.

I had to come up with a solution for saving all my experiences, memories, etc. It sounds like all my problems would be solved if I started keeping a journal; but journals were not the option. In my opinion if a dude keeps a journal and no one reads it, then itâ??s a diary; only girls keep those. [Joke]

Diary of Sophia Peabody Hawthorne (1809â??1871)

Diary of Sophia Peabody Hawthorne (1809â??1871)

The true problem was that a journal or diary takes too much time for me to update. My handwriting is terrible, and I would never have the time to paste stuff inside. Also, what if my house burns down? So does the journal.

Enter The Cloud

I love technology and utilizing it in every way imaginable. I thought to myself why donâ??t I transfer some of my scrapes of paper to digital versions, encrypt everything, and back it up on the cloud? It sounded like a great idea and thatâ??s what I ended up doing. I eventually realized the encrypting everything would be a little too paranoid for my information. In the end I resorted to using Microsoftâ??s OneNote to create digital notebooks, and backed everything up using Google Docs.

How You Can Do The Same

Microsoft OneNote actually has an option to save directly to your cloud account. If you buy OneNote you can automatically just hit save, and everything is backed up forever. The best part about OneNote is that it is actually designed to be used a notebook.

If you can’t afford OneNote there are other alternatives out there such as Evernote. It can backup automatically to the cloud, and you can also pay for various premium features.

If you only want free software you can use Tomboy, Nevernote, or CintaNotes in combination with Dropbox or Google Docs. Write up all your notes and save to the cloud. Doesn’t get any easier. If you require encryption you could look into TrueCrypt.

My Digital Notebook

I have a page dedicated to things that people have said to me, that I want to always remember. My recommendation for AP World History came back on a notecard from my teacher as such:

-Maturity â?¦ learn to do everything at a high level.

That meant something to me because people are always telling me to be more mature. In this particular case nothing was mentioned about being more or less mature, just â??maturity.â? Also my teacher said to learn to do everything at a high level. This refers to the fact that I love to outdo myself on projects that I find fun, but am also known to turn in garbage on things that I donâ??t find worth my time. He basically said to find a balance, for being mature and doing my work, keeping everything consistent.

On the same page I also have my Latin 1 teacherâ??s advice on life. He was about 70 years old and it was his last year at my school, it was also the last day when I asked him if he had any advice. It went something like this.

You know where the line is but you often cross it. Don’t cross the line.

You have a brain, use it more often.

You have a heart, I’ve caught glimpses of it, you just have to show it more often.

Again I found this to be spot on, and it really made me think about the way I act and why.

Another piece that I have in there is how the webmaster (Kevin) of Appreview4u describes my role here.

(Writer & App Reviewer): The best and most enthusiastic writer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is mad about tech and has a versatile, dynamic and succinct writing style. Octavian is multi-talented in graphics, website design and in many other areas. If I need a second opinion or advice, heâ??s the guy I turn to.

In another page I have my favorite paragraph of all books. It comes from Holden Caulfield, from The Catcher in the Rye on page 204. I literally tore this page out of a school book because I felt it was so spot on about life.

That’s the whole trouble. You can’t ever find a place that’s nice and peaceful, because there isn’t any.  You might think there is, but once you get there, when you’re not looking, somebody’ll sneak up and write “F*#k you” right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it’ll say “Holden Caulfield” on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it’ll say “F*#k you.” I’m positive in fact.

A couple of days before or after reading this page, a message of â??F*#k you, by George,â? appeared on my mailbox. I also think this paragraph applies to unsolicited spam that degrades peopleâ??s lives for no reason. The whole thing kind of ties in with the movie The Box.

In this movie the human race is tested; a non-human offers random couples a million dollars if they press a button that will kill another random human; they also have the option to not press the button. The whole idea of selfishness ties in with this. Although you can hurt others without hurting yourself, it doesnâ??t mean you arenâ??t hurting the very society you live in through these destructive actions.

My notebook: I also have a page with my favorite words. So far I have:

  • Weltschmerz
  • Mamihlapinatapai
  • L’esprit de l’escalier
  • Misanthropy

I like these words because they are all words I can relate to, but often canâ??t describe the situations they occur in. These words make it easier to describe 🙂

I also have a list of over 60 favorite songs. My list has songs all over the place, anywhere from classical music to heavy metal. Honestly I like anything as long as it is good.

Having all of this on the cloud gives me peace of mind. I only wonder what I will think when I see these snippets and notebooks in 20, 30, or 40 years from now. That’s what makes it interesting, but also the fact that I don’t forget the stuff I find important now.

Finanancial apps for the iPhone

When Apple released the iPhone, their goal was to change not just the way we communicate with each other, but the way we did everything.

Smart phones were just around the horizon and the launch of the iPhone ushered in a whole new era of telecommunications that redefined a number of things in our lives. Although other phone manufacturers kept releasing a number of different smart phone models, the iPhone remained, and continues to remain, the most popular smart phone in the world.

A big reason why the iPhone is so successful is the iTunes store. The store features millions of apps, free and paid, which cannot be equaled by any other provider. Google’s recently revamped Play Store for Android is trying to catch up to iTunes, but still lags quite a bit behind. Many users love the utilitarian apps, especially those that aid in financial matters. Here are some of the most essential finance apps which should find a home in every iPhone:

BillTracker: As far as usefulness is concerned, few apps can match up to the effectiveness of BillTracker. Everyone has financial obligations and bills to pay. BillTracker allows iPhone users to keep a tab on all their bills with a few taps f the touch screen. Having the amounts due on your bills displayed concisely really helps out the budgeting process. In addition, BillTracker also keeps you informed about the various due dates and can send you reminders as they get closer; an alert will ensure that you do not miss any of the due dates for your bills. Users are recommended to skip the free lite version and instead purchase the full version; the cost is recovered every time you avoid paying late fees for missing a due date.

Debt Minder: Debt is one of the biggest issues of modern society, affecting people around the world. Experts agree that the best way to become debt free is to constantly monitor your debt situation. No matter what the kind of debt is, Debt Minder allows you to track multiple accounts and easily lets you navigate through the details. Calculate payments, interest rates and other features that will help you become debt free a lot faster.

Your Bank’s App: Every major bank has an app available for download on the iTunes store. These apps are secure and allow you to view balances and carry out transactions without the fear of online safety being compromised. It eliminates the need to constantly visit an ATM just to have a look at your account balance. Depending upon the bank, the respective app may offer a number of different features, including the ability to apply for mortgages from within the app itself.

Expensify: Few tasks in this world are as tedious as preparing an expense report. Expensify seeks to make expense reporting less of a chore. It lets you track any and all business related purchases, whether you made them using cash or corporate credit card. Fill in all the details and be presented with an expense report that is ready to be exported on to your computer. The best part about this app is that it’s free.

It is necessary to install apps so that users can take advantage of the full potential of a smart phone. The iPhone remains the industry leader and thanks to such financial apps, it looks like it will continue to hang on to the top spot for a long time to come.

A field of antique ammunition has been discovered in northern Italy.

The stash was frozen in time in a melting glacier atop the Ago de Nardis peak. The massive discovery can be seen spread across what looks to be the size of a fair-sized field. Itâ??s an amazing discovery that has historians and museum curators most excited about what they can learn and add to their antique ammunition collections.

Antique Battle-Field Ammunition

The collection of 85-100 calibre shells and explosives each weigh a rather hefty seven to ten kilos each. Explosives experts have been to the peak in Trentino to clear the space of potentially dangerous explosives and ammunition even though they are antique.

The discovery of antique weapon casings and ammunition came to light when a heat wave caused the glacier to start melting. The Police Alpine Unit were interested in the brownish appearance after the perennial glacier starting disappearing. As they approached the location they discovered antique ammunition littered across 100-square-metres of the ice top. The casings and shells are believed to be from the battle between Hungarian and Austrian forces against the Italians from 1915 to 1918.

A Little Bit of History

The story of the war between the three countries says that Italy had hoped to launch a surprise offensive that was meant to capture several Austrian cities, however things did not go as planned and they ended up fighting in the trenches more than anything. The antique ammunition is an indication of how much fighting took place.

There were plenty of alliances during the First World War but Italy did not join the war in 1914 as it felt that the aggression of just Hungary and Austria alone were enough. Italy felt they were not obligated to join the war, but eventually changed their minds and took up their first offensive at the Isonzo River, it was disastrous. Their lack of training, experience and minimal ammunition, antique or otherwise, proved to be their weakness. Their next fight was on the Trentino peak against Hungary and Austria who had strategically worked out a counteroffensive. It also proved to be disastrous for Italy as they had not prepared sufficient ammunition and forces so soldiers were rapidly pulled in from other fronts. This proved to be Italyâ??s saving grace from certain collapse.

Throughout history it appears that the Italians were often on the verge of victory but could not sustain their holdings due to a lack of their, now ancient, ammunition and experienced superiors. This ammunition find is bound to give historians some new ground for much speculation on the part of many.

Vida Denning is a prolific writer who enjoys writing on a variety of topics. The closest she’s come to fighting in Italy was when she mistakenly misplaced her husband’s Dickies workwear trousers. He was not a happy camper at all.

Computer Forensics Training

FreeDigitalPhotos.net

Private investigators have to keep on top of many different techniques, and they need to be able to make use of a host of different tools. With the advent of digital cameras and computers, theyâ??ve had to take more of a technological bent.

The days of Sam Spade are gone, but that doesnâ??t mean that you canâ??t still wear a fedora and raincoat if you like the look! Computer forensics training is one of the areas where many investigators are starting to excel. They take courses and get certificates so that they are able to provide their clients with another element of service. When you get the training you need, you will find that you can do quite a few things that your clients are going to appreciate.

What Does a Private Investigator with Computer Forensics Training Do?

After you have your training, you will be able to recover evidence from a host of different types of devices. You can get information from hard drives, storage media, email servers and web servers, databases, websites, mobile devices, digital cameras, and even fax machines and answering machines! Even though someone might delete the data, it doesnâ??t mean that itâ??s gone. During the computer forensics training, you will learn the techniques and tools that you need for the job. In addition, the training is going to show you the proper way to collect evidence that could be very important for your clients.

Something that you need to remember if you are working as a PI and you are a computer forensic specialist is that you have to abide by certain rules, just as the police do. You will be able to work confidentially, and you will find that you have a few options when it comes to employment.

Even if you arenâ??t working with computer forensics fulltime as a private investigator, you are going to want to keep up with the computer forensics training. This means that you should take the occasional refresher classes to see whatâ??s new in the field. Another option that you might want to consider would be to attend a seminar. Itâ??s a good way to meet other investigators and professionals with whom you can network.

Getting the Training

Just as you need to have a license to practice as a PI, you will need to have training so that you can work as a computer forensics investigator. Your first step is in finding a school thatâ??s going to be able to provide you with the training. Quite a few schools are available, some of them online and some of them offline. You should make sure that you find a solution that works best for you. For PIs, it might be a better fit to work online for computer forensics training, at least in the beginning. You may want hands on experience later.

When you are looking for schools, make sure that you choose one with a good reputation. You want to learn the proper techniques and protocol if you are using these types of investigative techniques in your business, and that means you need the best schools.

Incorporating the training and using it in your practice can be financially beneficial to you, but it does require some added responsibilities. You may have to act as a witness in a trial. You may have had to do this as an investigator before, but you really have to make sure that you are on top of your game when it comes to computer forensics. You can be sure that the opposition will have their own specialists there to try to find fault with your work. Again, thatâ??s another reason that you want to have the best computer forensics training.

Cars have always had a special place in the hearts of movie makers, providing comedy, thrills, action and the kind of personality you just wouldnâ??t expect to find in a heap of metal.

Whether youâ??re a fan of VW Beetles with a very human sense of humour, or cars with hi-tech gadgets to defeat any pursuer, thereâ??s a huge number of automobiles whose presence in a film has made great movies into classics. Here are some of the top 10 coolest movie cars of all time.

1. Herbie

Without doubt one of the coolest cars on film, the little VW Beetle with a life of its own was a real character, uniting estranged couples, saving homes and even falling in love. Herbie first appeared in 1968 in The Love Bug and his last film was with Lindsay Lohan in 2005 in Herbie: Fully Loaded.

2. Bumblebee – Transformers

The 1977 Chevy Camaro Bumblebee from the film Transformers was main character Sam Witwickyâ??s (Shia LaBeouf)â??s first car and central to the films â??save the worldâ?? storyline. Of course the very coolest thing about this yellow rust bucket was that it turns into a robotâ?¦

3. 1976 Ford Gran Torino â?? Starsky and Hutch

Not only is this car a timeless classic, but if youâ??re looking for a model you can drive through a pile of trash cans and still look cool then this is the one. The car has now become a collectorâ??s item with every wannabe cop duo in the world driving around and knocking over their neighbours bins in a replica.

4. The Batmobile â?? Batman

Not the kind of car you can really buy on the high street but certainly one that most drivers would give their left arm for a spin in. The car has evolved with each new batman who has driven it, with super speed rocket thrusters, a bat ray, bat computer and bat smoke screen just some of the additions over the years.

5. Mini Cooper â?? The Italian job

When it comes to smart formation driving and the ability to speed across rooftops and through shopping centres the red, white and blue Mini Coopers from The Italian Job take the cake. Since the success of the 1969 heist film (and its later remakes) sales of minis have gone through the roof.

6. Ecto-1 â??Ghostbusters

If you were out hunting ghouls and spectres and you need some transport to get you from apartments haunted by demonic spirits to streets being ransacked by the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man the Ecto-1 is the car for it. The 1959 Cadillac is an ambulance/hearse combination with just enough room for all four Ghostbusters, along with their proton packs and other ghost fighting kit. In one of the films it even time travels.

7. Aston Martin DB5 â?? James Bond

A classic James Bond piece of kit, the Aston Martin DB5 provided stylish transport during many a 007 flick over the years and became a seriously desirable set of wheels. As well as pop out gun barrels, a revolving number plate and a bullet shield behind the rear window, the car has the kind of bodywork that makes anyone driving it looks like the ultimate gentleman spy.

8. 1981 Delorean â?? Back To The Future

A sleek, futuristic car (well in the 1980s anyway) with time travel option definitely makes the Delorean one of the coolest cars on film. The Delorean is central to all the Back To The Future storylines and has unusual gull wing doors and of course the ability to jump across the centuries. If you have a spare $70k then look out for the replicas that occasionally pop up on eBay.

9. 1980 Lamborghini Countach â?? Cannonball Run

The Lamborghini is a classic supercar with side opening scissor doors that is built like a racing car. In Cannonball Run, the Lamborghini isnâ??t painted in its usual white, orange or fiery red, but comes in a mean and sinister colour black, which makes it look even cooler.

10. 1973 Volkswagen Transporter â?? Little Miss Sunshine

Lookswise, it just doesnâ??t compare to the sleek Aston Martin or a sexy Lamborghini, but the VW camper that takes the Hoover family from Albuquerque, New Mexico to the “Little Miss Sunshine” beauty contest in Redondo Beach, California is one of the coolest campers around. Whilst the van barely holds together during the trip, by the end it becomes a sign of the familyâ??s tenacity and provides the opportunity for many comedy moments when they are trying to get it started.

Even if youâ??re not much of a car fan, thereâ??s something to appreciate in all these cool movie cars.  If only there were more opportunities to drive cars like these in real lifeâ?¦

A thriller is a movie that is designed to excite the viewers through tension and action, and a psychological thriller is a movie that is intended include the excitement of a thriller as well as the character depth from a drama.

A psychological thriller often has an intellectual slant, featuring characters that are complex meditations on the nature of good, evil and the shades in between. In this genre, there are certainly some villains that stand out.

Silence of the Lambs: Hannibal Lecter

The conflict presented Silence of the Lambs involved a serial killer who was preying on young women, but few critics doubt that the real power of this movie lay in the struggle between the inexperienced FBI agent Clarice Starling and the imprisoned serial killer Hannibal Lecter. Even in a special glass cell and unable to reach her, Lecter guided, instructed, toyed with and eventually enlightened Starling, proving that the villains in psychological thrillers do not need to touch their victims to be incredibly threatening and disturbing.

Primal Fear: Aaron Stampler

In Primal Fear, an amoral lawyer named Martin Vail takes on the defense of a seemingly angelic young man accused of a spectacularly gory murder. As Vail investigates the case and goes deeper and deeper into Aaron Stamplerâ??s history, he realizes that the victim of the slaying was a corrupt man, and that Aaron is not as innocent as he claims. In a dramatic courtroom scene, Vail unleashes â??Roy,â? an alternate personality that Aaron Stampler used to defend himself. While Roy performed the killing, Aaron was unaware. After Vail gets Aaronâ??s charges dismissed on the basis of insanity, Aaron reveals that Roy is a fiction, and that all along, he was actually the monster he was accused of being.

Basic Instinct: Catherine Tramell

Basic Instinct features the cat and mouse game between the hardened detective Nick Curran and the psychotic novelist Catherine Trammel. Curran originally investigates Tramell regarding the death of a rock star, who was murdered with an ice pick. Tramellâ??s most recent novel features a rock star killed in the same manner, and even before this revelation, she is the only suspect. As the film progresses, he becomes increasingly obsessed with Tramell, leading her to promise him a role in her next book. By the end, Tramell has cleared herself of the crime that Curran knew she committed, and there are strong indications in the filmâ??s final moments that he will be her next victim.

Psycho: Norman Bates

Psycho is one of the earliest psychological thrillers, placing as much investment in the mental state of the villain as in the action. Norman Bates runs a motel on an isolated stretch of road, and at the start of the movie, he is confronted by Marion Crane, a thief who is absconding with her ill-gotten gains. They share a pleasant dinner, after which she hears Bates fighting with his mother. Later on, Crane is stabbed in the shower, creating one of the most iconic moments in modern film. Bates discovers her corpse and assumes his mother committed the murder. As the story unfolds, however, it becomes clear that Batesâ?? mother is dead, and that he himself committed the crime. This film explores the fractured nature of a man who both desired women and felt enormously guilty over it.

It is no secret that our busy schedules keep us running and going all day.

Many times people are feeling less than ready to keep going by the middle of the day. It seems that no amount of sugar and energy drinks can get us through the rest of the day. There must be a better way to get the energy that we need to make it through a day.

Get enough sleep

One of the best things that you can do for your body is to get a good nightâ??s sleep. This means getting a full 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night. It is important that you feel relaxed before going to bed. Some things to ease tension before bed could include taking a warm bath or shower, reading a book, or listening to calming music.

Get plenty of exercise

Another good way to boost your energy is to get plenty of exercise in your routine. Make sure that your exercise is done in the morning. This might mean getting up a little early, but adjust your schedule and go to bed earlier too. You want to try and avoid exercising before bed for two reasons. 1) Exercise can be very stimulating. 2) In order for your work out to be the most effective it can be, your body needs time to get the systems going to create the energy by burning fat and upping your metabolism. Going to sleep, makes your body feel it is time to heal and rest and stops the metabolism process.

Eat a well balanced diet

Many times people are rushed in the morning and feel they do not have time for breakfast. They skip the meal. This really is not good for you. To help keep energy levels optimal throughout the day it is important to eat healthy meals and snacks. You should also consider how our body functions and its needs when eating.

Try to eat a heavier balanced meal in the morning, a light snack mid morning, a salad or lighter meal for lunch, another small snack in the afternoon, and then a light dinner. By starting your day with your heaviest meal you have all day to burn those calories and eating snacks during the day helps to keep your blood sugar leveled out.

Dedicate me time

Every day you should take the time to do something just for yourself. It is important that you do something that makes you feel excited and brings you joy every day. It does not matter if it is dancing in your bedroom to your favorite music or listening to motivational speakers. The point is to make time to do it at least once a day. It goes a long way in making you feel good and that always gives you a little extra energy.
