App Comrade publishes editorial reviews, opinions, and ratings of third-party software applications. Reviews are the opinion of the editor at the time of publication and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, technical, medical, or any other form of advice. We make no representation or warranty regarding any application reviewed on the Site, and your use of any third-party application is at your sole risk and subject to that application's own terms.
We endeavour to verify the facts described in our reviews. Information may nonetheless become inaccurate or outdated as applications evolve. If you believe a review contains a factual error, please contact us at [email protected].
4. Affiliate Links and Commercial Disclosure
Where the Site links to a third-party application store or marketplace, those links may, from time to time, include affiliate parameters that allow us to earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, scrape, data-mine, or otherwise exploit any of the Content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law (including limited quotation for the purposes of criticism or review with proper attribution).
Application names, logos, screenshots, and other third-party trade marks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used here for the purpose of editorial commentary, in accordance with applicable doctrines of fair use, fair dealing, and nominative use.
6. User Submissions
If you submit feedback, application suggestions, comments, corrections, or any other materials to us (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Submissions in any media now known or later developed, for purposes related to the operation, promotion, and editorial use of the Site.
You represent and warrant that any Submission you make (a) is your original work or one you have the rights to submit, (b) does not infringe the rights of any third party, and (c) does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material. We may, but are not obliged to, edit, moderate, or remove any Submission at our discretion.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL APP COMRADE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless App Comrade, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including without limitation Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
