Email for Business allows you to customize a large variety of letterheads and notecards, and then to send them via email. The really great thing about this app is that it has a beautiful UI and it is easy to use. Not to mention that when writing letterheads and notecards, all of your contact/business info gets filled in automatically.

Through the profile manager you can setup different profiles with your business logo, address, contact info and so forth. Then when you want to send a letterhead, all you have to do is write your letter’s message and send the email. Everything else is already taken care of for you.

This app is great for sending emails and thank you cards to family and friends, as well as colleagues and employees.  The letterhead and notecard designs are really stunning and look professional; but the people you send them to will never really know how easy it was for you to make them 🙂

Mission Accomplished

If you forget to get a thank you card, or you’re tired of running out to the store to get them, you can just use this app instead. No more wasting time or money, or forgetting to contact people. Now you can send letterheads and notecards from the comfort of your palm.

Letterheads and notecards can also be printed out through AirPort. So that’s definitely a huge bonus!

Room to improve

While using this app I was not able to find any glitches or shortcomings. It doesn’t fall short in any way. It just blew away all my expectations.

If you send a lot of letterheads and thank you cards, then this is the right app for you. Although it costs $4.99, it’s worth every penny.
